Italian painting from the first half of the 20th century. Artwork oil on board depicting a fantasy subject, Guardian Angel, of good pictorial quality. Painting that could have been born as a sketch for a larger work or fresco. Non-coeval carved and gilded wooden frame with fabric passe-partout (see photo). Painting that has a signature in the lower right corner C. Viazzi (see photo) referable to the famous painter Cesare Viazzi (1857-1943) without authentication. Artwork of excellent luminosity and great pleasantness enriched by the presence of numerous angel musicians expertly placed by the painter above the clouds, around the main scene (see photo). Small size painting for antique dealers, interior decorators and collectors of 20th century Italian painting. In good condition. Sight size H 25.5 x W 24 cm.
