Antique Flemish biblical scene painting from 17th century

Large 17th century Flemish painting. Oil on panel framework depicting a splendid biblical scene: Moses escaped from Egypt finds rest next to a well where seven sisters arrive. One of them, Zippora, will become his bride. As a future liberator he will defend the girls from the shepherds who prevented them from watering the flock. Painting of fabulous pictorial quality, in fact the details of the clothes and the landscape in the background are remarkable. 20th century frame in carved and gilded wood, of fine workmanship. Painting that has undergone a restoration with color recovery in some small points, overall in good state of conservation. Sight size H 81.5 x W 118 cm.
