Wooden high relief from the 20th century

Interesting Italian high relief from the mid-20th century. Carved wooden work depicting a scene from the Divine Comedy of excellent quality. Finely chiseled high relief with numerous characters, animals and plants, of great dynamism. Sculpture signed Navone on the bottom right (see photo) attributable to the artist Luigi Navone (1910-1983), lacking authentication. Work complete with coeval wooden frame and base (see photo). In good condition.
