Painting signed V. Cabianca from the 19th century

Italian oil painting on cardboard from the 19th century. Artwork signed V. Cabianca on the lower right, referable to the painter Vincenzo Cabianca 1827-1902, missing authentication. Cabianca was a prominent figure of the Macchiaioli current, where the vision of forms is created by light through spots of color, distinct, juxtaposed, and superimposed on others. That of the Macchiaioli was the most committed and constructive Italian artistic movement of the 19th century. In this particular painting we find depicted a young girl lying down and immersed in a countryside landscape. 20th century frame in beautifully decorated gilded wood, with some small signs of aging. Painting in good state of conservation. Sight size H 27.5 x W 21 cm.
